Technical Sales Executive (m/f/o)

Tasks

  • Promote and sell products and services
  • Handle sales inquiries face-to-face, through emails, phone calls, and other electronic means
  • Understand client requirements, guide them towards workable solutions within their budgets, and issue quotations in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations and documentation in line with company policies
  • Maintain and update ERP and web (E-commerce) systems
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the Commercial Department
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and review proposals
  • Act as a central contact for clients during the inquiry and quotation process
  • Attend onsite meetings, site visits, and surveys to recommend solutions based on customer needs

Health and Safety Manager (m/f/o)

Tasks

  • Develop, update, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and industry standards

  • Ensure compliance with Maltese health and safety regulations through regular inspections and risk assessments

  • Lead incident investigations, reporting, and documentation, ensuring preventive measures are implemented effectively

  • Design and deliver tailored health and safety training programs for employees at all levels

  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans, coordinating drills and training for emergency teams

  • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety awareness and best practices

  • Serve as the main point of contact with external agencies, regulatory bodies, and auditors on health and safety matters




Technical Sales Solution Engineer - Mechanical (m/f/o)

Tasks

  • Design technically sound and cost-effective solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to budget constraints
  • Review customer inquiries and develop feasible, costed solutions
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility and identify potential risks or challenges
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Prepare and manage proposals, including cost estimations and necessary documentation for submissions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring solutions are aligned with their needs and expectations


Sales & Operations Executive (m/f/o)

Tasks

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries


  • Resolve customer support tickets in a timely manner


  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure high satisfaction


  • Plan and coordinate installations of smart devices


  • Work with field teams for successful deployment


  • Maintain and update customer accounts for optimal platform use

Environmental Scientist (m/f/o)

Tasks

  • Provide overall direction and administration of the assigned projects, effectively managing several activities and projects at one time
  • Interface as required with customer contact and constantly seek opportunities to sell additional services
  • Assist in the compilation of tender bids and manage the tendering process for the company
  • Compile Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) in relation to projects and ensure that these are endorsed by clients and the competent authorities
  • Prepare and submit in a timely fashion all required reports, documents and data required by agencies to meet regulatory compliance obligations
  • Negotiate environmental permits that reflect cost effective process design, reasonable operation constraints, and are consistent with corporate environmental policy and regulatory requirements
  • Leads the proper upkeep of the Management Systems for the company together with their auditing and certifications to ISO Standards
  • Fulfils the ESG requirements for the company, both in terms of reporting and implementation of improvement actions
  • Assist the sales force in preparation of estimates and procedures in planning of projects, with emphasis on technical efficiency
  • Understand proposals and quotes to manage the commercial aspects of project
  • Travel out of country for periods of time to present projects overseas as business needs may require
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
