TTI is seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients. Our client is a well-established accountancy, assurance, tax, and business advisory firm. They offer a broad range of services to local and international clients, known for their commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of businesses.



Tasks

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documents
  • Assist with client onboarding by ensuring that all required documentation is collected and properly filed
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic client files in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare corporate documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery
  • Assist with the preparation of Board meetings, including taking minutes, preparing board packs, and organizing follow-up actions
  • Coordinate office operations, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Provide administrative support for compliance-related activities, including assisting with regulatory filings and audits
  • Support team members with ad hoc tasks as required, maintaining a flexible and collaborative approach to work

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within a CSP or financial services environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with other office tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
  • A professional, client-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
