TTI is seeking an Administrative Executive for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading feed manufacturing company based in Malta, specializing in the production of high-quality animal feeds for various livestock.
Tasks
- Prepare agendas, documentation, and logistics for Committee and Board meetings
- Record minutes, track actions, and ensure timely communication of decisions
- Manage communication with members, including notices, emails, and social media updates
- Handle member inquiries and administrative matters such as insurance and membership updates
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and events
- Support project planning, coordination, and reporting
- Maintain cooperative records and filing systems
- Assist with compliance, reporting, and general office administration
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (asset)
- Experience in administration, coordination, or office management
- Strong organizational and communication skills in Maltese and English
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital platforms
- Experience with committees, event planning, or the farming sector (advantage)
