TTI is seeking for an Aftersales Service Coordinator for one of our top clients based in Malta.



Tasks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring aftersales support, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, repairs, and inspections with technicians and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of service contracts, warranties, and customer correspondence
  • Process service requests, quotations, and invoices related to aftersales activities
  • Ensure compliance with service agreements and follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction with aftersales services
    Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and technical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables for service activities
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients
  • Assist in developing and implementing aftersales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an aftersales, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the fire and safety industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of fire and safety equipment or willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic verbal communication/understanding of Maltese
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a technical and leadership role, with a track record of successful project completion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills to address stakeholder concerns
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
