TTI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Chief Operations Officer (ACOO) to join our Client team. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, focusing on the documentation of policies, evaluation of processes, and project management. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to drive operational excellence, ensuring that all activities align with the strategic goals of the company. A strong background in life insurance and data analysis is essential for this role.


 



Tasks

  • Assist in the oversight and management of the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency across departments
  • Develop, document, and maintain company policies and operational procedures in alignment with regulatory standards and internal guidelines
  • Continuously evaluate and refine existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives
  • Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and inform process improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with the Chief Operations Officer (COO), senior management, and various departments to align operational strategies with overall business goals
  • Ensure that all operations comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards, particularly in the life insurance sector

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in the life insurance sector is a must
  • Proven experience in operations management, including day-to-day operations, project management, and process improvement
  • Strong background in documenting policies, evaluating processes, and ensuring operational compliance
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making
  • Willingness to work remotely one day per week, with the understanding that the role may require being on-site frequently
  • Maltese is not required, but proficiency in English is essential
