TTI is seeking for a Business Development Executive for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading software products company specialising in development and support of business software solutions.



Tasks

  • Developing a strong relationship with prospects and clients
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products/services to clients effectively, showcasing their value propositions
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that best meet client requirements when required
  • Composing tender documents and customer proposals
  • Work in a team to help achieve departmental goals
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients
  • Stay updated with industry developments and continuously expand product knowledge
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights
  • Operating a structured approach to addressing the market and pipeline, including researching and prospecting potential new customers

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience selling technical products and/or software considered a plus
  • Experience with payroll, HR and/or accounting systems considered a plus
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Possess good negotiation skills
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of the English language, Maltese language considered a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools
  • In possession of a valid Driving License
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Have a keen interest in technology
  • Appreciate the value of technology and is interested in understanding how businesses work
