Customer Agent (m/f/o)

Tasks

• 
  
• Respond to customer queries via email, telephone, and other communication channels
  
• Provide accurate information and support regarding life insurance products and services
  
• Process day-to-day transactions related to the life insurance policy lifecycle, including policy issuance, amendments, and cancellations
  
• Familiarize oneself with internal systems, tools, and product offerings
  
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer requests and complaints
  
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
  
• Support onboarding and servicing of new clients
  
• Uphold company standards and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions

Requirements

• 
  
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector
  
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures
  
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Fluency in both Maltese and English
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
