TTI is seeking for a Data Analyst for one our top clients – a financial services provider.
Tasks
- Handle the collection and presentation of data related to the submissions to the Central Bank of Malta with the support of the Finance Team
- Monitor scheme data integrity programs to ensure compliance and address issues with relevant internal or external (PMs/Processors/Scheme) parties where non-compliance events are triggered
- Leverage data reporting insights from scheme solutions (ie VAP/Portfolio Analytics)
- Monitor PMs acceptance rates and other metrics to proactively detect anomalies and raise/address issues accordingly
- Support the Service Operations function, where required
- Creation of reports/dashboards for the business units
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the fintech industry and on how card scheme and payment processing work
- A strong IT/data analytics knowledge is needed
- A strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience with JIRA is a plus
