Demand & Supply Planner (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Managing the tactical purchase process for direct materials, reducing stocks, optimizing cost and assuring material availability on time
• Coordinates the introduction of new Artworks in printed material, assuring implementation on time according to customer requests whilst minimizing the stock destruction
• Production Scheduling and Order Cycle
• Collaborates with Purchasers/Planners to provide solutions to problems in meeting the Material Plan in order to ensure that the Master Schedule is achieved
• Assure proper maintenance of the Master Data in SAP according to the business needs including the availability of new items or changes. Manage and maintain in SAP all requirement parameters for the proper supply management in MRP
• Overall management of SAP data including inventory accuracy according to targets and approved levels; new product version availability, etc

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Maths and Computing, Statistics, Supply Chain Management , Chemistry or a related field
• Previous relevant experience or a combination of qualifications and experience
• Experience using SAP or other business management software
• Proficient with Office applications especially with Excel and Power Point at Advanced level is essential; Power Bi knowledge would be an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
