Demand & Supply Planning Manager (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee all planning activities to ensure the creation and execution of an achievable rolling production plan that maximizes resource utilization
  
• Develop and maintain demand plans based on sales forecasts and historical data, aligning with production capabilities to meet customer delivery requirements
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders to ensure production schedules align with site capacity, material availability, new product launches, and on-time delivery to meet customer expectations
  
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, focusing on increasing forecast accuracy, and optimizing inventory levels and stock management
  
• Provide and analyze both short- and long-term demand forecasts, ensuring alignment with commercial and manufacturing objectives
  
• Lead, develop and mentor team members, ensuring clear accountability, performance management, and talent development opportunities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  
• Proven relevant experience within the pharmaceutical or a comparable regulated industry, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  
• Proficient in planning tools and ERP systems; experience with SAP is strongly preferred
  
• Strong analytical capabilities, including forecast development, data analysis, and reporting
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
  
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
