Design Coordinator (Design Manager) (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Design Management: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of design projects from conception to completion ensuring they meet client specifications and deadlines
  
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the efforts of designers engineers and other stakeholders fostering collaboration and communication across departments
  
• Quality Control: Ensure that all design outputs meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and best practices
  
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the design phase addressing their needs and incorporating their feedback into project plans
  
• Design Review: Conduct regular design reviews providing constructive feedback to team members and promoting continuous improvement in design practices
  
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting notes and progress reports
  
• Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
  
• 5 years of experience in design management or project coordination within a design and engineering environment
  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  
• Proficient in design software and tools (Revit preferred)
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  
• Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement
