TTI is seeking for a Financial Operations Solutions Manager for one of our top clients. Our client is a licensed electronic money institution that provides card issuing and e-money solutions, operating under UK and EEA regulatory frameworks to support cross-border payment services.
Tasks
- Act as a first point of contact between key clients and their dedicated banking and/or payment service providers, by managing general and compliance related queries to facilitate all account funding and external payments
- Responsible for key project deliverables as part of the company's scheme and business obligations for new and ongoing card and e-wallet programs, such as funds flows, banking applications, prefunds, and more
- Elevate service levels provided to both internal departments and external stakeholders through timely issue resolution and clear communication, by proactively identifying inefficiencies or gaps in processes to improve Financial Operations workflows
- Ownership over the approval of payments made to key client beneficiaries, ensuring reconciliation of data payment data aligns with related registers and whitelists, as well as the maintenance of these and other miscellaneous documents
- Provide coverage of payment approval responsibilities in the absence of team members
- Support the Financial Operations team in monitoring funds held by clients as part of meeting strict liquidity requirements set by the firm for the purposes of facilitating payments to card schemes
- Act as a first point of contact to clients who are not meeting strict liquidity requirements, liaising on any associated correspondence and proposing courses of action
- Ownership of the day-to-day movement of funds for non-scheme related programs and projects
- Report directly to the Head of Financial Operations & Treasury and take on additional tasks as directed
Requirements
- Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lead, problem-solve, and think proactively
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced financial, e-money, or similar environment in a management role
