TTI is seeking for an HR Administrator for one of our top clients. 

 


Tasks

  • Maintaining the company‘s employee database and active HR files and ensuring that employee records are updated
  • Assisting in the induction and onboarding process
  • Supporting the Recruitment and Selection Executive in setting interview appointments and general paperwork relating to employment of new team members
  • Supporting the Training and Development Executive in the training initiatives of the organisation, including coordinating training plan implementation (bookings etc), management of training calendar and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Issuing of standard letters
  • Processing the work permit process by compiling the required documents, submitting them online, and following through with ID Malta and other external stakeholders until employment
  • Other general administration duties in the HR department

Requirements

  • Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure as well as having high attention to detail
  • Fluent in both the English and Maltese languages
  • 3 years of relevant (office administrator) experience, ideally having been exposed to handling work permit applications, or other administrative processes that require methodical and diligent preparation and systematic follow ups
  • Ideally, in possession of a diploma within an HR-related field
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications

Salary

Salary information will be provided during the interview with shortlisted candidates.
