TTI is seeking for an IT Manager for one of our top clients based in Malta. This role is pivotal to oversee technology operations, ensure system security, and support business growth through strategic IT solutions.
Tasks
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business needs
- Manage IT budget, resources, and vendor relationships
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud services
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance
- Lead IT support operations and resolve technical issues
- Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering innovation
- Drive digital transformation and optimize IT processes
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience, 3+ in management
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and ERP solutions
- Experience in IT budgeting and vendor management
- Leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
