TTI is seeking for a Junior Human Resources Executive for one of our top clients based in Malta.
The Junior HR Executive will play a key role in supporting HR operations, primarily focusing on administrative functions related to work permits, training, performance management, employee wellbeing, recruitment, and employee records. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in human resource management while contributing to the smooth execution of HR processes.



Tasks

  • Oversee the entire process of work permit applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Assist in planning and monitoring employee training, liaising with service providers, and maintaining documentation for funding and evaluations
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including vacancy placements, interview scheduling, and database updates
  • Contribute to onboarding processes by collecting and verifying documents, conducting due diligence, and supporting induction programs
  • Assist in organizing and evaluating employee wellbeing initiatives and performance management activities
  • Maintain and update the HR information database and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Handle HR communications, correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Provide customer service by addressing HR-related inquiries and liaising with suppliers
  • Stay informed about Maltese employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies
  • Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve HR processes and maintain quality standards 

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems and databases
  • Familiarity with Maltese employment laws and work permit regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Maltese is an advantage)
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications
