Show us your talent and apply now! TTI is seeking for a Junior Partner Review Officer for one of our top clients. Our client is an insurance company and is based in Malta. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support key risk assessment activities, contribute to the review of business partners, and help ensure compliance with both internal standards and regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will be involved in preparing review plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Tasks
- Assist in the annual partner risk assessment process by gathering data and supporting documentation
- Help in updating the partner risk assessment tool and related documents for submission
- Support the development of review plans for identified partners
- Coordinate with business partners to align review timelines as per the internal instructions
- Assist in reviewing governance structures, internal controls, and operational setups of business partners
- Provide support in assessing insurance-related activities such as underwriting, premium calculations, and compliance with internal standards, at partner level
- Help ensure partners meet minimum control requirements as defined by the Company
- Assist in reviewing IT security measures, GDPR compliance, and other relevant regulatory obligations
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of partner reviews
- Support in identifying and assessing review observations and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in preparing action plans based on feedback from internal stakeholders
- Conduct follow-ups to track the implementation of agreed action plans
- Monitor the status of partner reviews and provide updates to senior management
- Help in updating partner review policies and manuals
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma (or equivalent) in Finance, Audit, Insurance or Risk management
- Minimum of 1 year, ideally 2 or 3 years, of experience in internal control, audit, or risk management
- Experience within the Insurance Sector is a plus
- Professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage (French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese will be a great asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
- Must possess competencies in planning, internal control evaluation and risk assessment, operational review and overall reporting of results
- Someone assertive but good in transmitting trust and building relationships with Partners
