Leasing Executive (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Identifying and contacting prospective clients in order to initiate new leasing agreements
  
• Immediately follow-up on prospective clients and drafting leasing agreements that follow company guidelines and offer the best possible service
  
• Inspect vehicles available and ensure they are compliant to our standards before and after they are leased
  
• Ensure all damage is reported, repaired, and billed accordingly
  
• Keep track of vehicles and manage the fleet’s location, duration of lease, client details and other relevant information
  
• Ensure all client and vehicle data is maintained and collected in full
  
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times; attendance and reliability are imperative

Requirements

• Minimum “A” level of education
  
• Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certified
  
• Previous experience in a similar industry and position
  
• Ability to communicate in English is required, knowledge of Maltese would be considered an asset
  
• Excellent organization skills
