Maintenance Supervisor (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Manage the maintenance department and all its personnel
  
• Take care to see that the Department’s vehicles are kept neat and tid
  
• Prepare rotas for personnel and plan their work accordingly
  
• Ensure that job sheets are filled properly by personnel
  
• Analyse potential customer related matters and take corrective measures when and if necessary
  
• Manage personnel to follow on call rotas
  
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issue
  
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures
  
• Manage electrical and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality
  
• Plan and schedule repairs together with all personnel in the Department
  
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard
  
• Perform general MEP maintenance tasks
  
• Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department
  
• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies
  
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems
  
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
  
• Undertake activities and management of viral control such as fumigation
  
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  
• Document work performance and materials procurement as directed

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience working as a maintenance supervisor
  
• High school diploma/ or equivalent
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• Electrical/Mechanical qualification from a technical college or equivalent are will be highly considered
  
• Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge
  
• Able to work on his own initiative.
