TTI International is seeking for a Mechatronic Supervisor For Cranes for a project with one of our top Clients in USA.


  • Unique responsible for the OPI, multidiscipline installation, multidiscipline commissioning, certification, trouble shooting of CRANES during erection, commissioning, normal operation, start-up, shutdown and emergency situations, coordinate erection and commissioning team. In smaller Sites, the candidate will be the unique person on site and will report directly to HQ.

  • Coordinates installation and tests for the crane or cranes assigned including erection, Cold tests, First start-up, Certification as per contract and/or local regulations.

  • Coordinates all field activities from all discipline point of view (mechanic, electric, automation, hydraulic, automation)

  • Respect project schedule and budget

  • Manage all documentation and test documentation in hard and soft copy.

  • Creates mark-up documentation for as-built.

  • Takes fast and accurate actions to keep the Plant under optimum conditions.

  • Follow up local purchase, vendors, local suppliers, interface with Technical office proposing technical solutions, interface with client, signing with client acceptance documents, drafting and clearing punch lists, tracking site costs



  • 5-10 years on site in Heavy Industries, especially in Cranes.
  • 2-5 years of technical office for instrumentation design

  • Excellent technical knowledge of all equipment mentioned in “typical equipment
  • Deep knowledge of CRANES technology and standards

  • Managing competencies

  • Heavy lifting plan skills

  • Mechanical alignment skills, vibration analysis skills

  • Maintenance skills (e.g. bearings, gear boxes, etc)

  • Experience in Siemens PLC control system

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (speaking and writing) and Communicability.

  • Troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent skill in computer, including AUTOCAD



    Bachelor of Engineering or technical Diploma
