Operations Executive (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  
• Help implement and maintain compliance with ISO standards and other relevant regulations
  
• Handle customers’ and vendors’ security/compliance requests
  
• Support the execution of strategic and operational objectives set by senior management
  
• Perform quality control checks and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success
  
• Work closely with designated teams on special projects and department-wide planning efforts
  
• Coordinate the implementation of internal systems to improve workflows and information flow
  
• Raise and track issues, remove obstacles, and resolve medium-complexity issues involving various stakeholders, escalating to senior management when needed
  
• Use analytics tools to generate reports, monitor trends, and support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles
  
• Proven experience in management, operations, and leadership
  
• Strong project management skills, with a good understanding of finance and budgeting
  
• Ability to build consensus and foster relationships among managers, partners, and employees
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proficiency with analytics tools for data reporting and insights
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  
• High adaptability and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
