TTI is seeking a Payroll Solutions Manager for one of our top clients. Our client is a well-established Maltese firm offering a comprehensive range of corporate, trust, and investment services. With decades of experience and a strong regulatory foundation, the company is known for delivering tailored financial solutions to both private and institutional clients.
Tasks
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
- Ensure accurate and timely payments, tax filings, and year-end submissions
- Maintain compliance with payroll, tax, and employment regulations
- Oversee payroll systems/HRIS and support implementations or migrations
- Act as escalation point for complex client issues
- Lead, train, and develop the payroll team
- Onboard new payroll clients and ensure service quality
- Prepare payroll reports and improve processes
- Stay updated on payroll legislation and industry best practices
Requirements
- Qualification in HR, Payroll, or related field
- 5–7 years’ payroll experience, including leadership
- Experience with outsourced or multi-client payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll law, taxation, and social security
- Proficient in payroll/HRIS systems
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
