TTI is seeking for a Policy Servicing and Sales Support for one of our top clients. Our client provides life insurance products for both individual and group needs, based in Malta.
Tasks
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations to individual and corporate clients
- Support intermediaries with the sales process
- Follow up on in-progress applications and leads
- Analyse the quality of sales and service provided through customer interaction and data analysis
- Delivering product and system training to intermediaries
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Multi-tasking, able to prioritise and meet specified turnaround times
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and improving customer experience
- Previous experience within the life insurance industry and/or financial services would be considered an asset
