Show us your talent and apply now!  TTI is looking for a Policy Servicing & Sales Support Officer for one of our top clients. Our client is an insurance company based in Malta.

As a Policy Servicing & Sales Support Officer, you will play a key role in managing customer interactions, supporting the sales team, and handling policy-related processes. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient policy administration, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales support functions. This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment within the life insurance and pensions sector.



Tasks

  • Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, updates, and amendments
  • Process policy applications, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and data entry into internal systems
  • Liaise with underwriting and claims teams to facilitate smooth policy servicing
  • Provide professional support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Educate clients on policy details, benefits, and options available to them
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales-related documentation
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients by guiding them through application procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and streamline processes
  • Monitor and analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in reporting, compliance checks, and audit preparation
  • Support internal teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Analytical skills to assess policy data and support decision-making processes
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Experience or knowledge in life insurance and pensions is considered an asset
  • Education in insurance and/or financial services will be considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is beneficial
