Project & Program Lead (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Lead and oversee project execution within PxLT structures by ensuring that all assigned products are manufactured and delivered on schedule, meeting regulatory and quality requirements while maintaining cost efficiency
  
  
  
• Drive alignment between production, supply chain, and R&D to ensure seamless execution
  
  
  
• Develop and implement future-oriented concepts for product lifecycle management by assessing technical feasibility, optimizing production plans, and defining investment needs
  
  
  
• Establish strategies to improve product performance, cost-effectiveness, and long-term sustainability
  
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality, compliance, and profitability by identifying process inefficiencies, production bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities
  
  
  
• Proactively implement solutions that enhance product value while maintaining compliance with cGMP and safety standards
  
  
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing products in key decision-making forums
  
  
  
• Lead and coach PxLT teams, set objectives, and evaluate team performance in collaboration with department managers
  
  
  
• Manage budget and cost control for assigned products by overseeing financial planning, investment allocation, and cost optimization strategies
  
  
  
• Lead special projects such as technology transfers and production improvements to enhance efficiency and competitiveness

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related technical field
  
  
  
• Additional business or project management qualifications are a plus
  
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or related manufacturing industries, with a strong background in product lifecycle management, production planning, and regulatory compliance
  
  
  
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive process improvements while balancing cost, quality, and compliance requirements
  
  
  
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
