TTI is seeking for a Quality Systems Specialist  for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading entity in Pharmaceutical Services.


Main Responsabilities

  • Supports the development, control, improvement of the quality principle, national and international GMP Guidelines (e.g. cGMP, ICH, PIC-GMP, 21CFR) and internal quality requirements within the Site Malta.
  • The Manager has to interact regularly with professional colleagues in all function groups to be updated, and to understand their current contribution and impact upon quality.
  • Ensures that complaints are registered, investigated and approved .
  • Establish an appropriate reporting tool or ensures that systems defined by global corporate are applied and reporting is performed as predefined
  • The Quality Systems Manager ensures that the following tasks are managed within the team “Quality Systems”:
    Change Control Management / SOP and training Management / Documentation Management / Leads external/internal audits and health authorities inspections / Customer questionnaires and self-assessments /Leading the overall process of planning of internal audits /Preparation of different quality statements /Supplier/Vendor qualification / Pest control  / Maintenance of the SMF / TrackWise® Management /The management and execution of various projects / CSV Validation


  • Supervision, project management, team leadership and training practices and methods.
  • Interviewing and selecting applicants in accordance with established employment practices and methods.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting problems, identifying solutions, recommending, and implementing methods, procedures and/or techniques for resolution.
  • Creating, planning and implementing goals, objectives and practices for effective, efficient and cost-effective management of allocated resources.
  • Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Managing multiple projects, duties and assignments.
  • Directing, coordinating, delegating assignments and reviewing the work of assigned department personnel.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Collecting investigative information from multiple sources, identify sources and solutions, and define corrective actions for resolution in report fashion.
