TTI is seeking for a Sales and Business Development Executive for one of our top clients based in Malta.
Tasks
- Manage client inquiries and prepare proposals
- Conduct client site visits to assess needs and propose tailored solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Support the General Manager and Sales team in identifying business opportunities
- Assist in preparing tender bids and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
- Track and update sales and customer relationship management logs
- Monitor and report on competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Conduct research on potential markets, clients, and industry trends
- Provide regular updates to management on business development activities
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and suggest service improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation
- Coordinate client and partner meetings, including preparing relevant materials
- Handle follow-ups to ensure a seamless sales process
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a similar role within sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in preparing proposals and client presentations
