TTI is seeking for a Sales & Operations Executive for one of our top clients based in Malta.
Tasks
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries
- Resolve customer support tickets in a timely manner
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Plan and coordinate installations of smart devices
- Work with field teams for successful deployment
- Maintain and update customer accounts for optimal platform use
- Proactively generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
- Work with the sales team to explore new business opportunities
- Support proposal preparation and sales documentation management
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support, technical coordination, or operations within a tech or IoT environment is preferred
- Sales and business development experience is highly desirable
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based solutions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience troubleshooting and recommending improvements for clients
- Proficiency in English and basic Maltese
- Valid Maltese driving license
Salary
