TTI is seeking for a Sales Representative for one of our premier clients. Situated in Malta, our esteemed client is a specialized Building Services company dedicated to providing professional consultation and top-notch services tailored to meet your electrical and plumbing requirements.
Tasks
- Actively seek out new Maintenance Retainer Agreements opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Conduct pre-research prior to contacting the leads
- Build up a qualified opportunity pipeline
- Understand the services and solutions of the company
- Adopt a consultative selling approach
- Negotiate/close deals
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Development of existing client databases whilst introducing new ones
Requirements
- Technical sales background will be considered as an asset
- Strong business sense
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan, take-off to closure
- Valid driving license
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- 'Hunter' approach in finding new leads
