Technical Sales Executive (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Promote and sell products and services
  
• Handle sales inquiries face-to-face, through emails, phone calls, and other electronic means
  
• Understand client requirements, guide them towards workable solutions within their budgets, and issue quotations in a timely manner
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service
  
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations and documentation in line with company policies
  
• Maintain and update ERP and web (E-commerce) systems
  
• Handle administrative tasks related to the Commercial Department
  
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and review proposals
  
• Act as a central contact for clients during the inquiry and quotation process
  
• Attend onsite meetings, site visits, and surveys to recommend solutions based on customer needs
  

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Sales, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales or commercial role, preferably within an industry related to the company’s products
  
• Understanding of technical products and solutions, with experience in preparing quotes and handling technical inquiries
  
• Familiarity with ERP systems and experience managing online sales or E-commerce platforms is preferred
  
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, handling inquiries, negotiating pricing, and providing technical support both in-person and remotely
  
• A valid driving license is required, with flexibility to attend onsite client meetings and surveys
