TTI is seeking a Technology Media Telecoms Lawyer for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.
Tasks
- Lead data protection compliance efforts for our clients, ensuring adherence to GDPR and other relevant regulations
- Develop and implement robust privacy strategies, including drafting and reviewing privacy policies, consent forms, and data processing agreements
- Assist with various data breaches and privacy incidents
- Provide comprehensive legal support for MT Law projects, including advising on intellectual property matters including licensing agreements, content distribution, copyright and trademark work
- Stay at the forefront of developments in data protection and TMT laws, translating this knowledge into practical advice for clients
- Cultivate strong client relationships, offering expert guidance tailored to their specific needs
- Deliver informative training sessions to clients and colleagues on data protection and privacy best practices
Requirements
- 2 years post-qualification experience, with demonstrated focus on privacy and data protection
- Bar admission in Malta
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
