Senior Electrical Installers (m/f/o)

Tasks

  • Assist in general site planning and preparation
  • Proficient in the use of basic hand and power tools
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of electrical installers, overseeing work progress, and mentoring junior installers
  • Ensure that work is performed in compliance with relevant codes and standards
  • Maintain accurate records of work, including installation diagrams
  • Aid in the requests of labour, materials, and equipment
  • Uphold tool management standards
  • Successfully finalize complete systems to the satisfaction of clients, ensuring quality is not compromised
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality of electrical work, reviewing completed installations for adherence to codes, safety standards, and projec specifications

  • Receive, inspect, and verify the accuracy of delivered materials, including pipes, fittings, valves, and other components. Safely handle, store, and transport materials and equipment to and from the work area

ELV Technician (m/f/o)

Tasks

  • Attend to, diagnose, and repair faults that may arise on commercial fire and security systems
  • Install, configure and maintain application and systems software and hardware (where necessary)
  • Perform client site evaluations to provide listings of equipment necessary for new installations or extensions to existing systems. This will include correct and complete filling of relevant Company forms and the provision of site sketches to indicate site placement
  • This also includes the testing of or/and participating in new product development programs or systems acquired by the Company prior to placement on the Market
  • Hand over any system to the client upon commissioning of the installation, by ensuring that client has understood the user operation of the system, obtaining client’s endorsement on the completely and correctly filled in Job Report

Mechanical Engineer (m/f/o)

Tasks

  • Design of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for new facilities, additions, and renovation projects
  • Be in possession of a detailed understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedules
  • Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction
  • Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions
  • Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals
  • Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings
  • Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order
  • Assist in the installation of MEP work
  • Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor
  • Coordinate and administer MEP related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals
  • Liaise with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant staff
  • Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records
  • Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adhere to Project safety regulations
  • Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment
  • Prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and general piping system
  • Provide technical advice to Value Engineer, supervisor, and contracting service provider, regarding the installation and maintenance of the MEP System
  • Analyse Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions
  • Prepare and review costing (quotations, tenders, and B.O.Q’s) for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects - as the need arises
  • Provide MEP budget/cost estimates (viability appraisals) for projects
  • Carry out value engineering exercises on proposed designs and costs
  • Monitor and control project cost estimates and ensure that the right specification in line with approved designs is deployed on the projects
  • Review Contractor’s shop drawings against the design [tender] drawings for compliance 
  • Undertake a prior review of the Contractor’s proposed mechanical system testing & commissioning methods
     

Solutions Developer (m/f/o)

Tasks

  • Obtaining knowledge and experience on core Microsoft technology platforms including C# .Net & .Net core
  • Acquiring knowledge and experience on web technologies HTML, JS, CSS, Ajax and JS frameworks
  • Getting knowledge and experience on Microsoft SQL Server SQL, T-SQL, triggers, jobs and schema design
  • Increasing awareness of other Relational and No-SQL Databases
  • Providing second line support to the company’s customer base involving technologies mentioned above
  • Assisting in solution testing and deployment phases
  • Compiling test scripts, deployment procedures and support documentation as required
  • Delivering on-site client training when required
  • Getting certified along the way

Tasks

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service

Tasks


  • Applying and interpreting the relevant legislation, policy statements, Codes of Practice and Guidance Notes as issued by the relevant Regulatory authorities
  • Identifying the regulations that apply and measure/ assess their impact on the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Reviewing and confirming the effectiveness of the Company’s policies and procedures

  • Maintaining an effective legal compliance program and procedures
  • Maintaining an effective compliance training program

Tasks

  • Assist in the requirements gathering, analysis, setting up and maintenance of the insurance products in the insurance business system
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for applications or system configurations
