TTI is seeking a Purchasing Executive for one of our top clients. A well-established group specialising in integrated solutions across fire, safety, security, marine, environmental services and training, supporting a wide range of industries in Malta and internationally.
Tasks
- Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations and Purchase Orders
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times and deliveries
- Monitor open orders and follow up on supplier confirmations
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Enter and update procurement data in the ERP system
- Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams
- Support supplier performance tracking and procurement reporting
- Respond to procurement queries from internal departments
- Follow procurement policies, approval procedures and audit requirements
- Identify and report procurement discrepancies or non-conformities
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement or administration
- MQF Level 4 qualification in Business Administration, Procurement or a related field
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, documentation and supplier coordination
- Experience with procurement or ERP systems is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate with suppliers, colleagues and internal stakeholders
Salary
Up to €28,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
