Associate Advisor - Sustainability (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Understand and implement internationally recognised standards, including ISO-based frameworks, and apply this knowledge in client engagements
  
• Conduct audits, company diagnostics, and risk assessments
  
• Support change management projects related to sustainability, ESG, environmental and energy management, and Occupational Health & Safety
  
• Carry out Occupational Health & Safety risk assessments in line with best practices and legal requirements
  
• Advise clients on local regulatory requirements concerning environment, energy, and health & safety
  
• Deliver sustainability-related assignments aimed at improving processes, systems, and governance
  
• Research emerging methodologies, standards, and best practices and share insights with the team
  
• Manage project timelines and proactively communicate progress, risks, and issues
  
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients
  
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Sustainability team and its service offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety, Energy Management, or a related field
  
• Experience in Environment, Health & Safety (H&S), Energy, Sustainability, or a related area
  NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent is considered an asset
  
• Energy Auditor’s Certificate is considered an asset
  
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
  
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
• Proactive, adaptable, and client-oriented
  
• Team player with a commitment to continuous learning and development
