TTI is seeking for an Audit Manager for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading entity in Accountancy, Assurance and Advisory Services and is based in Malta.
Tasks
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, to deliver high quality audit services, focusing on risk assessment, financial reporting and complex accounting judgements, whilst ensuring that key deadlines are met
- Mentoring and reviewing the performance of junior team members, providing technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative culture
- Being involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients along with building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Developing strategies to solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the development of the team’s technical abilities
- Keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Requirements
- Proficient in GAPSME, IFRS, and International Auditing Standards
- Experience in consolidations
- Ability to identify, report and handle sensitive issues
- Capable of working within a team, manage multiple engagements and working to demanding deadlines
- Smart, highly motivated, well presented individual with an eye for detail
- Organisational and communication skills and ability to multitask
- Fluency in the English language (both written and spoken)
Salary
Up to €55,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
