TTI is seeking for an Corporate Services Admininstrator for one of our top clients based in Malta. Our client is a leading entity in taxation, legal advisory and the provision of general corporate services.
Tasks
- Assisting with global mobility applications, including residence permit applications and any annual compliance requirements related to such applications
- Assisting with company formations, including the preparation and submission of all required documentation to the Malta Business Registry
- Assisting with changes, filings, and submissions to the Malta Business Registry, as may be required from time to time
- Assisting with the compilation, maintenance, and updating of corporate registers for companies
- Providing ancillary administrative and corporate assistance as may be required
Requirements
- An “A” level standard of education, or equivalent
- A minimum of one year working experience in the corporate services sector would be considered an asset
- Able to work on own initiative whilst also be a team player
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Maltese
- Very organised and able to meet strict deadlines in a timely manner
Salary
