TTI is seeking an HR Executive for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.
Tasks
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Coordinate the employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, evaluations, contract updates, offboarding)
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters, and policies
- Support recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Schedule interviews, appraisals, training sessions, and HR meetings
- Organise internal events and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR procedures, company policies, and Maltese employment law
- Support HR projects and ongoing departmental tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar HR role
- Good understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Shireburn Software is an asset
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Fluency in English and Maltese
