TTI is seeking for a IT Infrastructure Services Manager for one of our top clients.
Our client operates in an international and fast-paced environment, delivering tailored insurance solutions across Life and Non-Life segments while partnering with major brands and outsourced service providers across Europe.
Tasks
- Manage and improve IT infrastructure and systems
- Ensure availability, security, and performance of IT environments
- Oversee cloud platforms, networking, and endpoint services
- Manage external IT vendors and service providers
- Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and service continuity
- Supervise internal IT helpdesk support
- Control IT costs, licenses, and subscriptions
- Coordinate upgrades, integrations, and system changes
- Maintain documentation, compliance, and operational standards
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or IT Operations
- Strong hands-on infrastructure and operations background
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Good knowledge of networking, identity management, and system integrations
- Experience managing vendors and production environments
- Knowledge of incident, change, and continuity management
- Fluent English required; French is an asset
- Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a small, agile environment
