TTI is seeking a IT Support Officer for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.
Tasks
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems and applications
- Understand business requirements and assist in developing tailored solutions
- Assist in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure and services
- Collaborate with team members on projects and contribute to ongoing projects
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Ability of understanding a business process and automating using available tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of MS Windows environments including MS SQL
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration, SharePoint Information Architecture, Power Automate, and Dynamics will be considered an asset
- Diploma and/or accredited certifications in ICT related fields desired
