At the Zebbug site, a position as Senior Associate - Financial Management (m/f/o) on a full-time basis with a varied field of tasks is open. Tasks include recording daily transactions, reconciling accounts, supporting payables and receivables, and preparing closing work. A prerequisite for this position is at least three years of experience in a similar role.

TTI is seeking for a Senior Associate - Financial Management for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading professional services firm offering advisory, tax, and assurance services to private and corporate clients
Tasks
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when necessary
- File and organize accounting documents for audit and compliance purposes
- Assist senior accountants with audits, tax filings, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with client’s policies and accounting procedures
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters
- Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department
- Review work prepared by junior associates and provide guidance, training, and feedback
- Assist in mentoring and developing junior staff to enhance team performance and technical competence
- Assist managers, directors and partners with financial analysis, reporting, and special projects
- Support other accounting projects and tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- MQF level 7 or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken English
- Assertive, hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering quality service
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on maintaining accuracy and consistency
Salary
up to €55,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
