TTI is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.
Tasks
- Working with the Department’s Tax Supervisors on the technical aspects of the team’s work including drafting/reviewing procedures for the department
- Working on, and supervising the work done by the more junior members of the team, on a portfolio of clients
- Handling the more complex Income tax and VAT related work across the different business sectors
Attending meetings with clients.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant
- Minimum two years’ of work experience in this sector
- Possession of the professional certificate in Naturally if the candidate is not in possession of the professional certificate in taxation, then one’s work experience will have to compensate for this and the candidate should be willing to undertake this certification, if needed
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and spoken English
Salary
€35,000 – €50,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
