The position as Technical Sales Solutions Engineer (m/f/o) on a full-time basis at the Mriehel site offers a responsible role. At the core are the design of fire protection solutions and the preparation of accurate technical and commercial proposals and tender submissions. Required is at least 3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.

TTI is seeking a Technical Sales Solutions Engineer for one of our top clients. A well-established group specialising in integrated solutions across fire, safety, security, marine, environmental services and training, supporting a wide range of industries in Malta and internationally.
Tasks
- Design technically sound and cost-effective fire protection solutions
- Review client enquiries and prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals
- Analyse tender specifications and prepare complete submission documentation
- Develop competitive bid strategies and provide tender clarifications
- Conduct value engineering to optimise proposed solutions
- Perform site visits to assess feasibility and identify project risks
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards and company procedures
- Maintain accurate project records and client approvals
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Support customer satisfaction, retention and repeat business
- Lead by example and address team matters when required
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification is preferred
- Maltese engineering warrant or progress towards obtaining it is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales or sales engineering
- Previous experience with fire safety and security systems
- Knowledge of firefighting and fire compartmentation systems
- Strong technical, commercial and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, including ISO and LPCB
- Valid Maltese driving licence
Salary
€30,000 – €35,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
