TTI is seeking for an AI & Automation Engineer for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading software products company specialising in development and support of business software solutions.
Tasks
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for client solutions
- Build, test, and maintain reliable and scalable software applications
- Assist clients with technical onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain clear documentation for implementations, integrations, and support processes
- Continuously improve existing systems and contribute to innovation in AI-driven solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Experience with AI or machine learning concepts, tools, frameworks, or platforms
- Experience with system integrations, automations, or workflow-based solutions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, or microservices architectures
- Previous exposure to client-facing or customer support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, particularly when explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to support clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- Ability to gather and document business requirements
Salary
€45,000 – €50,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
