AI & Automation Engineer (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for client solutions
  
• Build, test, and maintain reliable and scalable software applications
  
• Assist clients with technical onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  
• Maintain clear documentation for implementations, integrations, and support processes
  
• Continuously improve existing systems and contribute to innovation in AI-driven solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development
  
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
  
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
  
• Experience with AI or machine learning concepts, tools, frameworks, or platforms
  
• Experience with system integrations, automations, or workflow-based solutions
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, or microservices architectures
  
• Previous exposure to client-facing or customer support roles
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  
• Strong communication skills, particularly when explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
  
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to support clients
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
