Product Designer (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Conceptualise and deliver user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI for web and mobile platforms
  
• Partner with Product Owners to clarify requirements, shape user journeys, and validate concepts through testing and feedback
  
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility
  
• Support developers with clear specifications and design documentation for accurate implementation
  
• Apply established UI patterns and best practices to create intuitive, high-utility designs
  
• Build and maintain reusable components to ensure consistency across platforms
  
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, user-friendly interfaces
  
• Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback
  
• Ensure high-quality visual and interaction design (layout, typography, colour, usability)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments
  
• Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to design end-to-end user flows
  
• Proven problem-solving skills, turning complex requirements into structured solutions
  
• Experience designing scalable, responsive systems across web and mobile
  
• Proficiency in Figma for UI design and interactive prototyping
  
• Solid knowledge of usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
  
• Strong communication skills, able to explain and justify design decisions
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from concept to delivery
  
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA)
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS/B2B projects, design thinking, and documentation
