TTI is seeking a Billing Clerk for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.
Tasks
- Organising and prioritising the issuing of invoices
- Processing and liaising with clients in connection to invoice-related queries
- Efficiently maintaining customer ledgers
- Assisting with any other office and accounting duties may be required
- Keeping abreast of all legal updates
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Providing quality service to clients
Requirements
- Minimum ‘A level’ in Accountancy
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese and English
- Able to work well as part of a team
Salary
