TTI is seeking a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.
Tasks
- Handling and assistance with M&A transactions including due diligence management, drafting or review of transaction documents and drafting or review and handling of completion documents
- General legal commercial and corporate advisory work
- Supporting the Corporate and Commercial team generally, under the direction of the Firm’s partners
Requirements
- Be fully warranted and have at least 2 years post-qualification experience (an LLM or similar masters degree in a relevant area will be considered favourably)
- Be able to work under pressure and is results-oriented
- Be able to work in a team
- Have excellent communication skills especially in English and Maltese, both verbal and written
- Experience with corporate and commercial litigation will be considered favourably
Salary
