TTI is seeking for a Legal Secretary for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading multidisciplinary law firm with offices across Europe, renowned for its expertise in fintech, gaming, corporate law, and regulatory matters.
Tasks
- Managing the Partner's schedule, including scheduling client appointments, overseeing travel arrangements, logging meeting minutes, inputting information on the Firm’s systems and related administration to support the Partner in their duties
- Overseeing emails, forwarding correspondence, drafting emails as needed
- Supporting the Partner and Litigation team with the handling of confidential and time sensitive legal documents
- Ensuring the Partner is informed of critical and time-sensitive matters in accordance with their schedule
- Scanning, printing and filing
- Carrying out ancillary tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Partner
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- A proactive character, well-organised with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Show complete discretion in handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
