TTI is seeking for an Electrical Engineer for one of our top clients based in Malta. Our client is a leading company specialising in the design, engineering and management of the built environment, infrastructure, archaeological and geomatics services.
Tasks
- Design and supervise the installation of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, ventilation, public health, water supply, sanitation and fire protection systems
- Lead mechanical design packages from concept through to detailed design and construction, ensuring coordination with electrical and other disciplines
- Conduct PMC-related activities such as peer reviews, QA/QC reviews, technical assessments and site supervision
- Carry out and witness testing, commissioning and certification of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with design intent and standards
- Monitor site works and ensure compliance with contract documentation, legislation, and health & safety requirements
- Ensure all as-built documentation is complete, accurate and coordinated prior to project handover
- Assist with commercial aspects, including payment applications, variations and claims
- Monitor system performance, define maintenance procedures and support integration of new technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services engineering design across concept, scheme and detailed stages
- Experience managing building services design projects, including coordination, scope and project finances
- Experience working on complex, multi-sector projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Experience with BIM tools such as Revit, and engineering software like HAP or IES is an advantage
- Experience in QA/QC processes, peer reviews, site supervision and system certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
