TTI is seeking for a Product Manager for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading software products company specialising in development and support of business software solutions.
The Product Manager will take on a key position in guiding the direction of the product offerings.This role involves leading market research efforts, defining and prioritising features, encouraging cross-functional collaboration, and promoting product adoption through strategic, product-driven marketing initiatives.
Tasks
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business goals
- Prioritising the roadmap in alignment with business strategy, considering opportunities and potential ROI. This includes high-level trade-offs between different initiatives
- Identify and prioritise product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
- Prepare detailed epics and user stories, including clear acceptance criteria, to guide development and ensure alignment with product goals
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Develop and implement research methodologies to gather data and insights
- Implement and promote product-led marketing initiatives to increase product awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product owners, software engineers, support, customer success, marketing and sales teams, to ensure alignment and drive product success
- Responsible for identifying and pursuing partnerships that can help grow the product, enter new markets, or reach new customer segments. These partnerships may include technology integrations, distribution channels, or co-branded offerings
- Engaging with industry organisations, attending conferences, or participating in industry forums helps product managers stay at the forefront of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge. This allows the product to be positioned strategically within the market
Requirements

- Fluent in English and Maltese
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in product strategy or product management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the software industry is preferred
