Quality Assurance & Control Executive (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs and QA manuals
  
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001/22000, and internal feed safety standards
  
• Oversee certification processes and maintain audit readiness
  
• Monitor production quality at all stages, from raw materials to finished products
  
• Conduct sampling, testing, and data analysis to ensure feed safety and consistency
  
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and track production deviations
  
• Maintain complete documentation of quality checks, audits, and non-conformities
  
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings
  
• Maintain traceability systems and oversee product recall procedures when required
  
• Provide QA and food safety training to staff and promote a culture of compliance and improvement
  
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies on quality and safety matters
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation in quality processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Feed Science, Veterinary Science, Food Safety, Microbiology, or a related discipline
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance/control within feed, food, or agri-processing industries
  
• Certification in HACCP or other relevant feed safety programs preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP+, ISO, and EU feed safety regulations
  
• Experience with QA/QC protocols, laboratory testing, and statistical process control tools
  
• Proven experience managing audits and certification processes
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
  
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
