Tasks

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of statutory audits in collaboration with Audit Partners
  
• Foster and maintain effective relationships with client personnel, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to firm standards
  
• Compile comprehensive reports and presentations, offering insights and recommendations for process enhancements and policy improvements
  
• Ensure compliance with GAPSME, IFRS, and International Auditing Standards in the assurance, preparation, and review of financial statements
  
• Manage additional audit and assurance engagements as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency
  
• Identify, report, and manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
  
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, managing multiple engagements concurrently while meeting demanding deadlines
  
• Demonstrate a high level of motivation, professionalism, and attention to detail in all tasks and interactions
  
• Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently
  
• Perform effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering high-quality results consistently
   
   

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the audit and assurance field
  
• Possession of a professional qualification or in the final stages of professional studies (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, etc.)
  
• Proficiency in GAPSME, IFRS, and International Auditing Standards, with a strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
  
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
  
• Strong team player with the capability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
  
• Smart, highly motivated, and well-presented individual with acute attention to detail
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  
• Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required
